Pumpkin Pie Shake

Makes 1

  • 1/2 c. canned pumpkin, frozen
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 3/4 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. nutmeg
  • 1/4 t. ginger
  • 1/4 t. garam masala
  • sweetener of choice to taste
  • crumbled graham crackers
  • whipped topping
Freeze your pumpkin at least an hour in advance of shake preparation.  This will mean that you can use less ice in your final product and retain that really great pumpkin flavor. Blend all ingredients until thick.
